Full Stack Developer
Build the interfaces, services and data foundations behind our digital products. You’ll work across the development lifecycle, turning requirements into dependable features and improving them through testing, feedback and real-world use.

What you’ll work on
- Build features from end to end. Translate product requirements into working interfaces, backend services and database changes, and follow them through testing and release.
- Create responsive web experiences. Develop reusable React and Next.js components, connect them to APIs, and handle forms, loading states, errors and accessibility across screen sizes.
- Develop dependable APIs. Build modular Node.js services with NestJS, Fastify and related frameworks, with clear contracts, input validation, authentication, authorization and consistent error handling.
- Design and improve data models. Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL for relational data, MongoDB for document models and Neo4j for connected data. Write efficient queries, use appropriate indexes and manage schema changes carefully.
- Integrate systems and workflows. Connect third-party services and internal APIs, manage asynchronous operations, and account for failures, retries and data consistency.
- Make quality part of delivery. Write meaningful unit and integration tests, review code, reproduce bugs and document API behavior and technical decisions.
- Improve performance and security. Investigate slow pages and queries, troubleshoot service errors, and apply secure coding practices to protect application data.
- Work closely with the team. Discuss trade-offs with designers and developers, break work into manageable tasks, and communicate progress and blockers clearly.
What you’ll bring
- A solid understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript, asynchronous programming and how web applications communicate over HTTP.
- Hands-on experience building React or Next.js interfaces and Node.js APIs, with familiarity with NestJS, Fastify or similar frameworks.
- An understanding of SQL, database relationships and querying, along with an interest in document and graph databases.
- Comfort with Git, code reviews, debugging and testing your work before handing it over.
- A practical approach to problem-solving, willingness to learn and ownership of the features you build.
Bonus skills
Helpful experience, rather than prerequisites for applying.
- CI/CD pipelines: Automating builds, checks, tests and deployments, working with environment-specific configuration, and understanding release and rollback workflows.
- Jenkins: Creating or maintaining Jenkinsfiles, organizing pipeline stages, handling credentials securely and diagnosing failed builds.
- AWS: Deploying or supporting applications using services such as EC2, S3 and RDS, with awareness of IAM permissions, networking and CloudWatch logs.
- Nginx: Configuring reverse proxies, routing requests to application services, setting up HTTPS, and troubleshooting timeouts, upload limits and access logs.
